Introduction: Onstream is a professional services firm offering advice and assistance with IT, procurement, billing, payroll public relations and secretariat needs. Onstream employs over 60 staff state wide and have offices in Hobart and Launceston.
Acrodata was engaged to provide an online repository to house the hundreds of thousands of water and sewerage invoices that are sent to homeowners each year. To ensure that customer service personnel located all around the state could easily access the data it was critical that the solution be web-based.
